Engine

Models with this engine are referred to as 740i and come standard with a 375-hp turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six that receives help from a 48-volt hybrid system.

Performance

Additionally powered by a 48-volt hybrid system, BMW boasts that this engine can reach 60 mph in 4.2 seconds.

Fuel Economy

We'll test the 7-series when we have a chance, drive it along our 75 mph highway fuel-economy test route, and then report back here on how it performed.

Interior

The inside of the 7-series has a sophisticated feel thanks to luxurious leathers, stainless steel accents, and expensive glass and wood trim components.

The infotainment touchscreen is positioned behind a large digital gauge display.

Using a smartphone app, the parking aid feature enables the driver to exit the car and park it.
